Approve Valley City Tourism Grant for City of Valley City for $93,000 for shared use walking path to be paid $46,500in 2026 and $46,500 in 2027.
Mary Lee Nielson reported to commissioners the visitors committee approved this request at the 03.26.2026 meeting and recommends approving funds for the project.

Approve Valley City Image Enhancement Grant for $5,800.00 for Mobility Plus Rehab LTD for signage ($2,000) and fencing ($3,800).
Mary Lee Nielson reported to commissioners the visitors committee approved this request at the 03.26.2026 visitors committee meeting and recommend approving funds for the project.

City Administrator’s Report
City Administrator Crawford reported that the Public Works Service Center project is progressing as planned and remains within budget

Commissioner Gulmon reported on sales, food & beverage, and occupancy taxes.
City Assessor Drabus remined of the board of equalization meeting for April 14, 2026 at 4pm in the commission chambers.
