APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Added Item I. Approve the Application from the Valley City Chamber to Block off the Street on June 15th for Valley City Community Days.
Commissioner Bishop moved to approve, seconded by Commissioner Erickson. Motion passed unanimously.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Bishop moved to approve minutes from the May 21st, 2024, Commission Meeting, seconded by Commissioner Gulmon. Motion passed unanimously.

Commissioner Bishop moved to approve all Consent Agenda Items, seconded by Commissioner Erickson. Motion passed unanimously.

Public Hearing on Dangerous Building Located at 304 3rd Street SE, Valley City.
Declare Public Hearing Open. Discussion.
Commissioner Gulmon moved to Close Hearing seconded by Commissioner Magnuson. Motion passed unanimously.
Approve findings and order on dangerous building located at 304 3rd Street SE, Valley City.
Commissioner Erickson moved to approve the findings seconded by commissioner Magnuson. Motion passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
Approve Valley City Watermain – Proposed Design Revision – PCN 22228 – 2-094(159)290.
Commissioner Bishop moved to approve, seconded by Commissioner Magnuson. Motion passed unanimously.
Accept Master Lift Station Improvements Project.
Commissioner Gulmon moved to approve, seconded by Commissioner Magnuson. Motion passed unanimously.

Commissioner Magnuson moved to approve, seconded by Commissioner Bishop. Motion passed unanimously.
CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT
City Administrator Crawford requested to have the Viking Drive Estates Mobile Home Park License reviewed and approved at the 6.8.2024 Commission Meeting as requested conditions have been met.
