President Carlsrud called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM.

Members present: President Carlsrud, Commissioner Gulmon, Commissioner Erickson and Commissioner Bishop

Member Absent: Commissioner Magnuson

Others: City Administrator Crawford, City Attorney Martineck, Deputy Auditor Johnson, Police Chief Horner, Administrative Assistant Hintz

NEW BUSINESS

Ratify Commission President’s approval of Memorandum of Commitment and Series D Small Systems Amendment for Red River Valley Water Supply Project.

Commissioner Bishop moved to approve, seconded by Commissioner Gulmon. Motion passed unanimously.

Meeting was adjourned at 12:02 PM.
