President Carlsrud called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM.

Members present: President Carlsrud, Commissioner Gulmon, Commissioner Magnuson, City Administrator Crawford, City Attorney Martineck, Finance Director Klein, Police Chief Horner and Administrative Assistant Hintz

Members absent: Commissioner Erickson, Commissioner Bishop

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

NEW BUSINESS

Approve City of Valley City Nondiscrimination Plan. City Attorney Martineck and City Engineer Petersen explained the need for this plan when applying for Federal Grants. They are required in the grant process.

Commissioner Magnuson moved to approve, seconded by Commissioner Gulmon. Motion passed unanimously.

Approve Standard Title VI/Nondiscrimination Assurances.

Commissioner Gulmon moved to approve, seconded by Commissioner Magnuson. Motion passed unanimously.

Approve Title VI/Nondiscrimination and ADA Policy Statement.

Commissioner Gulmon moved to approve, seconded by Commissioner Magnuson. Motion passed unanimously.
