The City Commission will meet on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at 11:00 AM CT, via Microsoft Teams, originating from City Commission Chambers, 254 2^nd Avenue NE, Valley City, ND 58072. Board Members may attend from alternate locations to minimize group size and contact, as recommended by state and federal government officials due to COVID-19 and as allowed in ND Executive Order 2020-16.    2. Waiver of performance bond.
   3. Curb/gutter/street installation.
   4. Taxation of undeveloped lots.
